COMMON FAQs

Do I need experience to book a lesson?

Zero experience needed. Our lessons are specifically designed for first-timers. SiFly boards are among the most beginner-friendly eFoils made. Most riders are flying within 15–30 minutes.

What's the minimum age and weight limit?

Minimum age is 12 years old. Riders under 18 must have a parent or guardian present. Rider weight limit depends on the board: Stellar X 220 lbs · Rider 250 lbs · Rider+ 300 lbs. Must be a competent swimmer.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear a swimsuit or board shorts. We provide helmet, life vest, and all safety equipment. Bring sunscreen, water, and a towel. You will get wet. Plan for it.

Can I rent without taking a lesson first?

Rentals are available for experienced eFoil riders only. You'll need to demonstrate competent riding ability before we hand over the board. New to eFoiling? Start with a lesson.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least a week ahead for weekends, especially in peak season (May–September). Weekday availability is usually more flexible. You can book online 24/7.

What's your cancellation policy?

Full refund if you cancel 48+ hours before your session. Within 48 hours, or a no-show: a $100 fee. If we cancel for weather, you get a full refund. We monitor conditions and will contact you as early as we can.
